A custom church communication platform in development

Agape Connect is being developed by El Roi Digital for Agape Family Outreach Church and is currently in testing, with launch expected in the next two to three months. The app is designed to help members stay connected throughout the week by giving them a direct, ministry-centered communication space that complements the church website rather than competing with it.

This project reflects El Roi Digital's ability to build custom ministry tools beyond a traditional website. It is a practical example of how churches can move toward more connected digital communication when their real needs call for something more tailored.

El Roi Digital developed and maintains the Agape Kiosk System, which is used on two tablets in the back of the church. It creates a simple and accessible digital touchpoint for both visitors and members, helping people engage with important church processes without needing extra paperwork or complex steps.

This project helps move routine engagement tasks into a clean digital workflow and demonstrates how physical church spaces can also benefit from thoughtful technology. Even a modest in-person system can strengthen hospitality, organization, and follow-through when it is designed with ministry needs in view.

SightSteps

A Pre-K assessment platform developed to meet a practical community need

SightSteps was developed by El Roi Digital after identifying a real local need. While it sits slightly outside the organization's primary ministry focus, it is a strong example of the same development approach applied in a different setting: identify a problem clearly, build something practical, and make it usable for the people who need it most.

The platform is currently accepting local pilot runs, with a fuller product launch expected in the next two to three months. It documents and interactively assesses Pre-K students, while also demonstrating El Roi Digital's ability to build thoughtful systems with real-world usability and workflow awareness.
